Day 1

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park

After your breakfast, set off on a 2-hour drive to Lake Manyara National Park, with splendid views of the Great Rift Valley wall.

The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large troupes of baboons, the alkaline soda lake that is home to an incredible array of birdlife that thrives on its brackish waters, pink flamingo stoops and graze by thousands of colorful specks against the gray minerals of the lakeshore. You may also encounter yellow-billed storks swoop and corkscrew on thermal winds rising up from the escarpment, as well as herons flap their wings against the sun-drenched sky. Even reluctant bird watchers will find something to watch and marvel at within this park.

You will have a packed lunch served at a picnic site. Late in the afternoon, you will exit and head to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will descend very early in the morning into the Crater. When you get your first gaze at this amazing caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you will realize why it has gained such modest popularity as the eighth natural wonder of the world.

Ngorongoro Crater is home to a variety of species, including the Big Five. It’s the best place to spot the endangered black rhinoceros. From the comfort of your open-roof 4*4 Safari Jeep, you will have a chance to photograph and observe some of the most recognizable faces.

After the chills and thrills of the day, you will have a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool. Thereafter, you will head back to Arusha to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After your breakfast, start your 2-hour drive to the Materuni Village in Moshi. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing hike through the lush rainforest, where you'll experience the beauty of the waterfalls. After the hike, embark on a traditional coffee tour, learning the age-old methods of the Chagga people, from hand-picking the beans to roasting and brewing the perfect cup over an open flame.

Savor a traditional Chagga lunch, enjoying authentic local flavors. In the afternoon, head to Chemka Hot Springs, where you can swim and relax in the warm, crystal-clear waters. Afterward, you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
