See a spectacular array of African animals in their natural habitat. Luxury lodges are known to provide the best possible game-viewing experiences.

The optional shuttle (including to and from OR Tambo International Airport) departs at 6:45am to the private reserve. We can arrange accommodation pick-up (ZAR 875 per transfer) to OR Tambo International Airport.

Skukuza Airport is the closest airport, and pick-up/drop-off is included at any time. Arrival at MQP/KMIA airport needs to be before 12:00pm.

After settling into your accommodation, you will go out on your first game drive, which starts at 3:30pm and continues after dark until 8:00pm.

Enjoy dinner with dessert (various dietary options available).

Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve and Umkumbe Safari Lodge

Start the early morning with tea or coffee and muffins before departing on the morning game drive, which takes approximately 4 hours. We conduct all our game drives in open safari vehicles, and qualified guides accompany each vehicle.

Then a hot breakfast and your brunch will be served. You may opt to do a bush walk daily. In the afternoon, there is some leisure time and then lunch.

Your afternoon game drive starts at 3:30pm and continues after dark.

Dinner is a traditional South African meal with dessert (various dietary options are available).

Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve to OR Tambo International Airport

Once more, enjoy rusks or muffins with coffee or tea before the morning game drive. This game drive will be your last chance to see the Big Five.

The drop-off at Skukuza Airport is at any time; however, the drop-off at MQP Airport is around 2:00pm.

There is an optional shuttle back to Johannesburg (included) after brunch (included).

You will be back in Johannesburg between 5:00pm and 6:00pm.
