Nairobi - Masai Mara

Our driver will pick you on arrival from JKIA and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your 1000hrs flight to Ol Kiombo Airstrip where ther Camp's friendly and knowledgeable Maasai Guide waiting ready to transfer you to the camp with a game drive en-route. Arrive at the camp in time for lunch.

Later around 4 pm, depart for an afternoon game drive into the spectacular Masai Mara game reserve.
Everything about Mara during this season is incredible. The wildlife is abundant, and the vast grasslands ensure that animals are rarely out of sight. Great herds of elephant browse among the tree-studded grasslands, along with the gazelles, topis, elands and many more grazers that offer rich pickings for the dominant predators – lion, leopard and cheetahs that hunt in this pristine wilderness

Return to the camp at Sundown for dinner, followed by stargazing and story-time around the fireplace. When you’re ready, one of the Maasai night guards – known as Askaris – will escort you back to your room.

Full Day game drives in Masai Mara

Wake up early and grab a quick cup of coffee and some snacks before embarking on an early morning game drive into the Masai Mara National Reserve. Don’t forget your camera since it is a beautiful time of the year for photography: the air is clear and bright, and the bush alive with vibrant colour and new life creating great photo opportunities. Abundant wildlife on the savannah gives fantastic photo opportunities.

Catch the action as the predators hunt their prey and stalk the herds just like the lions and the cheetahs, capturing them with your lens and in your heart. Return to lodge at for a well-deserved breakfast followed by relaxation

After lunch take some time to relax and later depart with your driver/guide for an afternoon game drive in search for the big five. The low afternoon light is perfect for photographing the beautiful rolling plains of the Masai Mara.
In the early evening as you make your way back to lodge, you may get lucky and spot a leopard on the prowl.

Game drives in Masai Mara Game Reserve

Begin with an early morning wakeup call and a steaming cup of coffee. You will be picked from the camp at 05:30 for the balloon Safari over the Masai Mara reserve. Typically the client will get an adrenaline rush with a hot air balloon ride cutting through the cool air of the plains as herds of elephant, buffalo and zebra scatter in search of food below you.

Don’t forget your camera since it is a beautiful time of the year for photography: the air is clear and bright, and the bush alive with vibrant colour and new life creating great photo opportunities.

Upon landing- you are treated to a breakfast and your guide will then take you back to the camp.

After lunch, you mnay decide to visit a nearby Maasai cultural village to learn about the culture of these authentic people where you’ll learn about ancient traditions as well as contemporary struggles and adaptations to modern life.

Alternatively, relax at the camp before departing for an evening game drive into Masai Mara.

Masai Mara - Nairobi

Wake at dawn in time for a well deserved breakfast. After breakfast collect your things and say your goodbyes. Just like the wildebeest, the time has come to wander on.
You will be transferred to the airstrip with a game drive enroute for the 1100hrs flight to Nairobi.

Our driver will pick you up on arrival at Wilson airport and transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight.
