Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
Arrival in Arusha
You will be transferred from your hotel to the airport early in the morning. Upon your arrival, our company representative will be waiting for you at the airport, holding a special board with your name on it. They will then drive you directly to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can relax before embarking on your city tour. During the city tour, you visit local markets, such as the Masai market, cultural heritage sites, and the Arusha City Museum.

Day 2
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we head towards Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. The river and the swamps are a magnet for wild animals during Tanzania’s dry season. Later in the evening, you will drive to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, your safari guide will drive you directly to the Ngorongoro Crater. You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round supply of water and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, antelope, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephant. Another big drawcard for this scenic national park is its dense predator population, including lion, hyena, jackal, cheetah, and the ever-elusive leopard (which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot).
We will also visit Lake Magadi, a large and shallow alkaline lake in the southwest corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. Large numbers of flamingos, hippos, and waterbirds can usually be seen here. Your safari guide will take you on a short walking safari close to the hippo pool. There are washrooms available here. Later in the afternoon, return to your hotel in Arusha.

Day 4
Mount Kilimanjaro, Waterfalls and Coffee Tour
Mount Kilimanjaro, Waterfalls and Coffee Tour
After pick up, we will head to the Materuni village, do a short but challenging hike to the Materuni Falls and enjoy the beautiful view of the falls. From here, we will visit a coffee farm and hear about how coffee is grown, harvested, and processed. You will then try your hand at roasting and preparing a fresh cup of raw and local coffee! After the coffee tour, we will drive back to the airport to catch the evening flight to Zanzibar.
