5:30 am : set off from Kigali and head to Akagera national park, This scenic journey takes about 2hrs and 50 minutes.
8:00am : Registration and briefing about the park, dos and Donts.
9:00 am Boat trip on lake Ihema
10:00 to 4:00 pm Long day game drive
1:00pm lunch picnic inside the park
4:00 pm exit the park and return to kigali, Arrive around 6:30 pm.

Optional activities on day two.
Kigali genocide momorial museum.
Kigali city tour and Gorilla trekking in Uganda.
