Arrival, and transfer from Airport to Arusha

You will be met by our representative on arrival at Kilimanjaro Int'l Airport or Arusha Airport. You will then be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha for an overnight stay. The distance from Kilimanjaro Int'l Airport to the hotel in Arusha is about 50km and takes about 45mins.

Arusha To Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will meet an office representative / your tour guide for a briefing about your safari, then take about six hours drive to Serengeti National Park. Along the way, there are scenic views of the grassland plains speckled with ancient baobab trees. You will also see nomadic people (Maasai) in their colourfull dress walking on the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts and the traditional Maasai houses.

You will stop for a picnic lunch on the way, then proceed to the central park area known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. There, the Seronera River provides a valuable water source to this area and, therefore, attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Later in the late afternoon, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for game viewing around Central Serengeti, you will stop for lunch around 1300hrs, and after lunch you will continue with afternoon game drive.

In the evening, you will drive back to your Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti To Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, you will proceed with packed lunch for an early morning game drive between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm around Central Serengeti. This is the best place for you to spot the Big Five animals (lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo).

After completing a half-day game drive along with a picnic lunch, we will branch out and head towards the Ngorongoro Crater rim, while enjoying a game drive en route.

The crater is one of Africa’s impressive geological attractions and the supreme mecca of wilderness. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good rest at the lodge. You will get a good rest and refuel yourself, for the following day, you will descend into the massive crater.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. At midday, you will have your lunch at the base of the crater. This collapsed volcano is the main feature of the area and creates a unique ecosystem with a wide variety of vegetation. You'll enjoy the beautiful colors of the landscapes and the diversity of animals. The crater is home to the highest concentration of wildlife in Africa and is choked with elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos, and even the rare black rhinos. This is one of the best places to spot all of the Big Five. The views from the crater rim over the crater floor are incredible. Because of its natural beauty, the Ngorongoro Crater is chosen as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders.

In the afternoon, we will ascend the crater and drive to Arusha town for dinner and an overnight stay.

Transfer from Arusha to Airport and Fly to Zanzibar

After breakfast and pick up from the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for a morning flight to Zanzibar. Our representative in Zanzibar Airport will pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Stone town for checking-in.

You'll then proceed with a Stone Town city tour where you will get an opportunity to visit the fruit market, the cathedral, slave markets, the sultans palace, Tip Tip’s House, The Old Arabic Fort, Freddie Mercury House, Forodhani Park, and the Famous Zanzibar Doors in the petite streets.

In the afternoon you'll walk back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Zanzibar excursions, Spice Tour and Prison Island Tour

After breakfast and pick up from the hotel, and drive to Kidichi for the spice tour. On this tour, you will see, feel and taste tropical fruits and spices. You will then enjoy your spicy lunch at around 12:00 pm.

At around 01:00 pm we'll board the dhow and sail towards Prison Island. There, you will see a prison built for "rebellious slaves", giant Aldabra tortoises.

In the late afternoon, we'll set sail back to Stone Town and you will be transferred to the Eastern Coast of Zanzibar for overnight stay.
