Game Drive at Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from Arusha or the airport and driven to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Located about 120 km from Arusha, the drive takes approximately two hours. Though it is the sixth-largest park in Tanzania, Tarangire offers far more than its size suggests. Known for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees, the park provides excellent birdwatching opportunities year-round and promises an authentic, unforgettable safari experience.
Tarangire remains one of the most underrated parks—perfect for those who love to explore off the beaten path. You’ll drive through beautiful savannah landscapes, observe wildlife in their natural habitat, and discover the smaller creatures that make this ecosystem so unique. Later in the evening, you'll head to your lodge located inside the park, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Game Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast and a short safari briefing, you'll drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Though now more forested than in past years, Lake Manyara offers a unique and rewarding experience. While it may not have as many large mammals as other Northern Circuit parks, it captivates with its diverse landscapes—Rift Valley escarpments, dense woodlands, and beautiful mountainsides. The park’s alkaline lake is home to hundreds of bird species, making it a birdwatcher's paradise. As the day winds down, you'll head to your accommodation near Ngorongoro for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Game Drive Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you'll drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive in one of nature’s most remarkable wonders. Often called the “8th Wonder of the World” and “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” the crater is a stunning natural sanctuary, 190 km from Arusha. Its lush grasslands, forests, and swamps support over 25,000 large mammals, including lions, leopards, black rhinos, hyenas, zebras, waterbucks, baboons, and more. After exploring the crater floor, you’ll ascend and return to Arusha for overnight or transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flight.
