Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, join our guide at 7:00 am for an exciting adventure! We'll embark on a 2 hour journey to Tarangire National Park, famous for its diverse landscapes. Get ready to witness the iconic baobab trees and the country's largest concentration of elephants, offering incredible opportunities to observe elephant families in their natural habitat. Our game drive will focus on areas known for animal sightings, especially predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Spotting herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras will be effortless in this remarkable park.

Later, we'll enjoy lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, overlooking the scenic river and its wildlife. Keep an eye out for mischievous monkeys and baboons—they may try to join your meal, but they won't cause any harm.

After lunch, our game drive will continue until approximately 4:30 pm in the direction of your accommodation.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a morning gamedrive towards Tarangire's exit gate for a picturesque 5-hour drive to Central Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop for a sight of unimaginable beauty from the Crater View spot then continue traveling towards the Serengeti where you will arrive around midday. Serengeti is the largest park in Tanzania, with diverse landscapes and habitats—grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains.

After an extensive game drive, we will drive you to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for a 2-hour transfer game drive to Ndutu / Western / Northern Serengeti plains, depending on the timing of your travel, to witness the Great Migration from the front row seats.

Pause for picnic lunch in the afternoon, then proceed with the game drive.

Ngorongoro Crater

The breathtaking views of the rising sun over the crater's edge reward early risers! After breakfast, you will drive down the adventurous track from into the Ngorongoro Crater. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the Seven Wonders of Africa and the most incredible ecosystems on Earth, formed millions of years ago in the massive explosion of a volcano. It is 610m deep and covers roughly around 260 square kilometers. Due to its dense animal population of approximately 25,000, the crater offers the best wildlife viewing of all the parks in Tanzania. In a matter of minutes, you will see wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and some of the more than 500 bird species in the area. You might catch a glimpse of the endangered black rhinos through the grass with a bit of luck.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at the famous hippo pool then continue with afternoon game drives in the Crater. Afterwards, drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
