Your 3-day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari begins with a warm welcome from your Mooi Adventures driver–guide. After a short briefing, you’ll set off on a scenic 8–9 hour drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Along the way, enjoy views of rolling hills, banana plantations, and lively trading centers, with a stop for lunch and equator experience en route.
By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Bweza Gorilla Lodge, where you’ll check in, relax, and enjoy dinner while soaking in the peaceful forest atmosphere.

Day 2

Gorilla Tracking and transfer to Lake bunyonyi
After an early breakfast at Bweza Gorilla Lodge, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. They will guide you on trekking rules, gorilla behavior, and safety tips before you begin your adventure.
The trek can take 2–6 hours, depending on where the gorillas are. Moving through thick forest and steep slopes, the excitement builds until you finally meet a gorilla family. Spending an hour watching them feed, play, and interact is an unforgettable experience. Photography is allowed without flash.
After trekking, you will transfer to the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi, known as the “lake of a thousand islands.” Check in at Acadia Lodge, relax with stunning lake views, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 3
Canoe ride and transfer to Kampala
Canoe ride and transfer to Kampala
After breakfast, check out and enjoy a canoe boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi, famous for its beautiful scenery and many islands. The lake is the second deepest in Africa and has over 29 islands of different shapes and sizes.
Later, you will start the journey back to Entebbe. Lunch will be at Ishanyu restaurant on the way. Your guide will then drop you at the airport, depending on your flight time.
