Day 1

Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth

The client will be picked from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport after the tour but this will be arranged at an extra cost.

Depart with your guide from Kampala heading southwest to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will enjoy a lot of sightseeing on the Masaka-Mbarara road including the traditional Ankole long-horned cattle, farmlands, and numerous tea plantations. On your way, you will make a famous stopover at the equator for photography. You will have lunch in Mbarara at the Igongo Cultural center.

Then proceed to Queen Elizabeth. Enroute, you will pass via the two twin crater lakes in Bunyaruguru, a unique feature that shows two crater lakes that are separated by a small chunk of Land, after this, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Game Drive and A boat cruise on Kazinga Channel

Start your day with an early morning game drive at Kasenyi plains in the northern part of the park. Your driver will pick you up from your lodge at 6:30 AM. The game drive typically lasts between 3-4 hours, during which you'll have the chance to spot lions, leopards, elephants, Cape buffaloes, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, and various small animals and birds. After the game drive, head to Kasenyi Salt Lake to take in the beautiful views and relax. You can also grab a cup of coffee and purchase souvenirs before continuing to Tembo Restaurant for lunch.

In the afternoon, you'll be taken to Mweya for a 3 pm boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. The channel connects Lakes Edward and George, and the two-hour cruise provides an opportunity to see numerous animals, including hippos, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles, and various water birds. Once the boat cruise is finished, you'll return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Transfer back to Kampala
