In the vast arid space of Northern Namibia lies one of Southern Africa’s best loved wildlife sanctuaries. The Etosha National Park offers excellent game viewing in one of Africa’s most accessible venues. Zebra and springbok are scattered across the endless horizon, while the many waterholes attract endangered black rhinoceros, lion, elephant and large numbers of antelope. The ‘Pan’ provides a great, parched, silver-white backdrop of shimmering mirages to an area of semi-arid savannah grassland and thorn scrub. The pan itself contains water only after very good rains and sometimes for only a few days each year but is enough to stimulate the growth of a blue-green algae which lures thousands of flamingos.

Activity's Included. After an early breakfast, Game Drive into Bufalo National Park. The Buffalo Core Area, commonly referred to as the Buffalo Park, is a premier, 629 km² wildlife destination within Namibia’s Bwabwata National Park in the Caprivi Strip (now the Zambezi Region). Located on the eastern bank of the Okavango River, opposite the Mahango Game Reserve, it is famous for its high concentration of buffalo, elephants, and rare antelope, offering a wild, off-the-beaten-path experience.
In the afternoon a River Cruise. Sunset and boat cruises offer breathtaking views of the Zambezi River, and can be enjoyed as a relaxing scenic cruise, or as a social get-together for friends, families and even work for groups.

Activity's Included : In the morning a Game Drive into Mudumu - Wild and romantic game park in Namibia
The Park has an abundance of wildlife, but due to its remoteness and tropical climate it is rarely visited by tourists. Additionally the park is situated in acute malaria area thus the use of a prophylaxis is advisable when visiting. To get to the Park visitors have to travel along the Trans-Caprivi-Highway to Kongola and from there drive to the south.
The southern part of the Park has a lot of water. Here elephants, zebras, antelopes, buffalos and Hippos and crocodiles can be seen as well as more than 400 different species of birds.
In the afternoon a Sundowner Boat Cruise.

Along the edge of the mighty Zambezi River, lies the water sanctuary of Zambezi Mubala Lodge & Camp. A bird-lover’s dream, this lodge is home to one of the largest colonies of Carmine Bee-eaters, that live along the banks of the majestic Zambezi. Birds are often joined by the occasional hippo or crocodile, baking in the shallow waters along the banks. Guests can relax and watch the colours of life sail along the steady current of the river.
A Dunas Safari Driver will collect your car rental in Katima Mulilo and transport it back to Windhoek. Please fill with diesel.

A bird-lover’s dream, Zambezi Mubala Lodge is home to over 450 species of birds and hosts the springtime visit of one of the largest colonies of carmine bee-eaters in Africa. These bright and cheerful visitors nest along the banks of the majestic Zambezi between the months of August and December, filling the air with sound, activity and colour as they flash crimson breasts, swooping and rising into the air in an exuberant burst of energy.
Pad along the raised walkway between the bungalows in the late afternoon to spend the last hours of the day on a sunset boat cruise, stroll along the riverbank to visit the bee-eater colony, sit back in the open-sided bar or while away the hours fishing on the river where the catch-and-release of Tiger Fish is a popular activity for those who are fishermen at heart.
