On this day, you will take in the magnificent view of Lake Manyara, get up close and personal with elephants in the woods, and visit the well-known Manyara Hippo Pool.

The Great Rift Valley, which is 400 meters deep, is beautifully seen from the park. The emergence of a rift across the entirety of East Africa thousands of kilometres long was caused by movement in a weak region of the earth's crust 22 to 25 million years ago. The valley is so large that it can be seen from space, and because of its numerous distinctive settings, it is home to a wide variety of various creatures. Along with being the location of Lake Manyara, this region is also home to a vast array of birds and a dense jungle with hundreds of different monkey species. You'll then drive to your allocated lodging in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
