You will be picked up from the Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) by a Colours Africa Tour and Safari representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha for an overnight stay. You'll relax and prepare in anticipation of the adventures to come. Moreover, you will be briefed about your 6-day program by our team.
You'll experience breathtaking wildlife in the midst of some of the most diverse landscapes; monkeys in the forest, lions in trees, elephants amongst the acacias, and a huge variety of animals inside a collapsed volcano. You will also visit the world-famous Serengeti National Park.

Day 2
Tarangire National Park - Elephants Paradise
Tarangire National Park - Elephants Paradise
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha by our personal safari guide. The distance to be covered is almost 120km (involving 2 hours) to head to Tarangire National Park.
Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, is also home to a multitude of other creatures. You'll experience the seasonal swamps, savannah, and life-giving Tarangire River that act as the magnet for animals during the dry season in search of fresh water.
We endeavor to encounter a multitude of creatures, from zebra to wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, to name a few. You may see leopards or lions stalking prey. Our professional guide will choose a suitable picnic for have a delicious lunch before the game drive continues until sunset
In the evening, you will be driven to one of our carefully selected partner lodges for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Central Serengeti National Park - Endless Plains
Central Serengeti National Park - Endless Plains
After breakfast, you will continue toward the Endless Plains. You will be able to see the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater before traveling onward to the Serengeti National Park, which you will reach by afternoon. Our professional guide will give you a good time to have lunch with non alcohol drinks in hand, and more time to enjoy the scenery of Serengeti.
Serengeti National Park is well known for its healthy stock of resident wildlife, particularly the Big Five, named for the five most prized trophies taken by hunters. The Serengeti is believed to hold the largest population of lions in Africa, due to the abundance of prey. More than 3,000 lions live in this ecosystem.
The African leopard, a reclusive predator, is commonly seen in the Seronera region but is present throughout the park with a population of around 1,000.
After the game drive, you will head for your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Central Serengeti to Western Serengeti National Park

After a relaxed morning, you'll drive towards the Western Serengeti and spend the day observing wildlife in the Western Part. And during late evening, you will have the time to enjoy a night game drive in the western Part of the Serengeti. It will take 2-3 hours with our professional guide to enjoy nature and wildlife during the night.
The Western Part of the Serengeti offers lots of wildlife throughout the year, including carnivores like cheetahs, hyenas, leopards, and lions. You'll also see ungulates including buffalo, giraffes, hippos, impalas, Topis, warthogs and zebras.
Your relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay will be at Ikoma Camp.

Day 5
Western Serengeti to Central Serengeti
Western Serengeti to Central Serengeti
Today, you will have a full-day game drive in Western/Central/Seronera Valley; the Maasai called it “Serengit,” meaning the land of endless plains. The western part and central areas have accumulated with savannah grassland, which provides a wide area throughout the year for wildlife such as wildebeest, zebras, Coke’s Hartebeest, waterbucks, Grant’s and Thomson's gazelles, impalas, to graze.
In Seronera Valley, there is dotted acacia vegetation which appears in a group-like structure known as Kopjes, which provides a good vantage for predators to spot their prey and a refuge for hyrax, pythons, and reptiles such as lizards. The African leopard is commonly seen.

Day 6
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Today, you'll wake up early in the morning. After breakfast, you will drive towards the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater's life is estimated to have had 30,000 large mammals. Due to its natural borders, wildlife is abundant throughout the conservation area, which is home to the Big Five including the African black rhino and elephants, to name a few. Lunch will be saved inside the crater while you explore the nature of the Crater.
Late afternoon, you will start to exit the crater heading to Arusha city.
