Welcome to Tanzania! You will enjoy the splendor of our wonderful mother nature!

Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will meet our safari representative for welcoming procedures, then drive for approximately 1 hour to four points by Sheraton Arusha. Along the way, depending on the time you arrive, you will witness some of the locals going about their daily routines. If you spot anything unique, feel free to ask your guide to stop the vehicle. You will check into the hotel at an ideal time to relax, take a shower, and have dinner. You will enjoy your overnight stay and prepare for your luxury safari, which will begin the following day.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Begin the day with wonderful memories!
Your safari tour begins with a delectable breakfast, followed by a 2-hour journey to Tarangire National Park. Along the route, you'll witness several locals going about their daily lives, which provides an opportunity for learning and discovery. If you see anything fascinating along the road, you can stop the vehicle. You will then proceed to the lodge for a hot lunch. Following lunch, you will go on an afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire, located somewhat off the main safari road, is home to a big herd of elephants. The park's terrain is breathtaking, dotted by ancient baobab trees. Other creatures you might encounter on the game drive include buffaloes, lions, kudu, zebras, and gazelles. Following an unforgettable wildlife drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and sleep.

Maasai Village Visit and Mto wa Mbu Cultural Activities

Your day begins with breakfast and then a trip to the Maasai community. The Maasai are one of Africa's well-known icons for keeping their traditions alive. They make a living by herding cattle and goats. When you arrive in their village, you will observe their distinct welcoming practices. Their dancing and traditional tunes will make your visit memorable. You will meet some of their elders/leaders who will depict some of their traditions, conventions, and practices.

Following your interaction with the Maasai, you will drive to Mto wa Mbu for a local lunch. Mto wa Mbu is home to a number of Tanzanian tribes, providing another opportunity to learn about African cultures. You will get the opportunity to meet farmers, painters, and craftspeople. You will go through the banana and rice plantations, meet the natives, and learn about their normal daily routines.

After such an enjoyable day, you will drive to the lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your day begins with breakfast, followed by a three-hour journey to Serengeti National Park. A drive to Serengeti will be an amazing experience because you will have the opportunity for a game drive en route, as well as discover Africa's wilderness. The park is home to a diverse range of wildlife and bird species. If you're searching for an unforgettable game drive, here is the place to be.

You'll head directly to Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge for a hot lunch. You will unwind for a few moments while appreciating the splendor of the African wilderness. You will go on an afternoon game drive to discover the Serengeti's vast plains and wildlife. Big cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs are common in the area, and if you're lucky, you'll have a wonderful day. This spectacular day program begins with an early breakfast, followed by a trip to Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most iconic places. When you approach the crater rim, you will be amazed by the scenery. You will begin to descend to the crater bottom in preparation for your wildlife drive. This will be a lucky day as you will see the spectacular landscape that Africa has to offer. In the afternoon, you will have a picnic lunch in the crater before embarking on an afternoon game drive to discover further sights.

The crater is home to some resident animals, including lions, zebras, hyenas, wildebeest, and the last remaining black rhinos. Other creatures found include buffalos, servals, and elands. Flamingos and other birds are often seen in Lake Magadi, one of the crater's basic features. After such a memorable experience, you will ascend the crater and drive to the lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today is the day to say goodbye.

The day begins with breakfast and then a journey to Arusha City. When you get to Arusha, you will have lunch, then relax for a while. Arusha is a tourist destination; depending on your departure flight, you may like to take a city tour. You can go to local markets, Maasai marketplaces, museums for culture and history, and a variety of other activities that this respectable city has to offer. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be escorted to the airport to catch your flight back home.
