Early morning at 4:00 am, your driver will pick you up from your hotel or airport in Dar es Salaam for a road transfer to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve). Upon arrival, check in at Mloka Safari Lodge and enjoy breakfast.

Afterward, embark on a full-day game drive in open-roof 4x4 vehicles. Explore the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Nyerere—home to elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, and the rare African wild dog. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.
Continue with afternoon game viewing until sunset. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Boat Safari at Rufiji River and Maasai Tour

Start your day at 6:00 am with a boat safari on the Rufiji River, one of the best ways to spot crocodiles, hippos, and a rich variety of birdlife—over 350 species recorded in the area.

After the two-hour river safari, return to the lodge for a full breakfast. Then begin your drive back to Dar es Salaam with a cultural stop at a Maasai village (Boma). Here, you'll engage with the community and learn firsthand about Maasai traditions, dress, and daily life.

After the tour, continue your journey to Dar es Salaam for drop-off at your hotel or airport in the afternoon.
