Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you'll join our guide at 7:00 am for an exciting adventure! You'll embark on a 2-hour journey to Tarangire National Park, famous for its diverse landscapes. Get ready to witness the iconic baobab trees and the country's largest concentration of elephants, offering incredible opportunities to observe elephant families in their natural habitat. Your game drive will focus on areas known for animal sightings, especially predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Spotting herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras will be effortless in this remarkable park.
Later, you'll enjoy lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, overlooking the scenic river and its wildlife. Keep an eye out for mischievous monkeys and baboons—they may try to join your meal, but they won't cause any harm.
After lunch, your game drive will continue until approximately 4:30 pm in the direction of your accommodation.

Mto wa Mbu

After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive towards the park's exit gate for a picturesque 2-hour drive to Mto wa Mbu. cultural tour.
You'll visit villages, rice paddies, wood carving centers, and a local market, by either walking, tuk tuk, or bicycle. You'll have a traditional lunch in the village. Then, you'll head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll depart for a 1-hour drive to the Ngorongoro Crater in search of the elusive black rhino. While other animals are more easily spotted on the crater floor, rhinos pose a greater challenge.
Following lunch at the famous hippo pool, you'll embark on a game drive and ascend from the crater, preparing to drive to your accommodation in Central Serengeti, where you will have dinner and spend a night.

After breakfast, you'll embark on an early game drive. Discover just why so many safari visitors fall in love with the Serengeti. Keep an eye out for big cats, even bigger elephants, and almost every kind of safari wildlife you can imagine. You might also see giraffe, impala, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and hundreds of bird species. You’ll never forget watching these animals interact, whether you see a hunt, a vast herd, or a mother protecting her cub or calf.
In the afternoon, you'll stop in the wild for a picnic lunch. Continue with gamedrive in the afternoon until evening, when you'll head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

You'll savor the last game drive in Serengeti in the direction of the Park's exit en route to Karatu via the Ngorongoro Highlands.
You'll make a stop at the Maasai Village to understand the indigenous pastrolalists ways of life.
Afterwards, you will continue to your Karatu accommodation in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

Bye for now, until we meet again. After breakfast, you'll depart for a 3-hour drive to Arusha. Stop for lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge by Elewana Collection. Afterwards, you'll transfer to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight to your next destination.
