Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park

On this day, our guide/driver will meet you at dawn at an agreed pick-up location (in or around Entebbe or Kampala) and transfer you by road to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Stop-overs: Along the way you will have stop-overs for breakfast and lunch as well as the equator experience i.e. the imaginary line that separates the world into the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
Check-in: The journey takes averagely 8hours and therefore you will expect to arrive in the evening hours where you will check into your accommodation and settle in for a sumptuous dinner as you prepare for your overnight stay.

Gorilla Trek and Community tour

After an early breakfast between 6:00am and 7:30am, you will be provided with packed lunch and you will be transferred to the Uganda Wildlife Authority station for briefing ahead of your trek. During the briefing, you will be equipped with the dos and don’ts of the trek as well as necessary materials for the hike. After the briefing, together with the ranger guides, you will embark on the gorilla trekking experience that lasts anywhere between 1-4 hours with 1 hour spent interacting, taking photos and videos of the majestic creatures once sighted.

Community Tour: After the trek, you will then head out for a community tour and explore the rich history and traditions of the Batwa and/or Bakiga people, after which you will return to your accommodation and settle in for dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport

On this last day of your 3 day tour, you will raise to an early breakfast and prepare for transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your departing flight. During the averagely 8 hour long drive, there will be multiple stop overs along the way for convenience breaks.
