Day 3

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park hosts the largest mammal migration in the world and is a popular destination for African safaris. Serengeti is the most famous for its annual migration where over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebra flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November. They then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May, and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge, or crocodile-infested river can hold them back, later you will drive to Karatu transiting Ngorongoro Crater for your overnight stay.

Main Destination:
Serengeti National Park
Best Time To Visit January to February and June to October (Different areas are best at different times)
