Tarangire National Park

Set out in the morning from Arusha for a journey to Tarangire National Park, where an exciting game drive awaits. Your quest includes seeking out elephants, giraffes, lions, and an array of other fascinating wildlife.

During the dry season, the Tarangire River stands as the sole water source, as the relentless sun drains the landscape of moisture, casting the earth in a dusty, red hue. In contrast, the wet season paints a different picture with dense vegetation and lush tall grasses. This area's landscape offers a striking diversity that is truly unique within the northern safari circuit. You will have your lunch at a picnic site, then later have a short game drive before exiting the Tarangire gate. At Mto wa Mbu you will head to your accommodation for dinner and sleep over.
