Early morning pick up from the airport (depending on your schedule) or from your hotel at 07h30. We depart for the dramatic semi-arid scrubland of the Northern Frontier. You will arrive in Samburu by lunchtime. After lunch, embark on a game drive to see resident wildlife species like the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx and the blue-necked Somali ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country. Dinner and overnight will be at the spectacular Sarova Shaba Game Lodge.

Day 2

Have an early breakfast and embark on a long day which is spent exploring the park. The highlights of the Samburu Game Reserve are the spectacular scenic beauty, rivers and forests. It is an area where the local people have a rich and colorful heritage. The reserve has numerous permanent springs and a wealth of wildlife which includes leopard, hippo, elephant, lion, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra and crocodile in the Ewaso Nyiro River. Over 365 species of birds have been identified in the sanctuaries. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay or opt join Samburu Warriors at the bonfire till late in the night when you retire to bed at own pleasure.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Nakuru. Arrival will be in time for lunch at your lodge located inside the Lake Nakuru National Park. In the afternoon, you will embark on a game drive where you will have the opportunity to spot leopards, rhinos and the famous pink flamingos as well as a variety of other wildlife with an en-route drive back to the lodge as you watch the star in the sky arriving at the lodge in time for dinner and overnight stay at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

Day 4

Enjoy morning break at the lodge as we check out and proceed for game drive to this unique park branded as the bird's watchers paradise. Here you get yourself immersed in the wide escarpment valleys and Hills with a chance to see over 450 bird species that have been recorded here and also plenty of wildlife that are very rare to see seen including the tree climbing lions, also the black and white rhino can be seen here. Lake Nakuru is also a world renowned for it's masses of flamingoes all this happening on our opened rooftop Jeep you'll almost certainly see rhinos (both black and white), lions (including rare tree climbing lions) and endangered Rothschild's giraffe, with a beautiful backdrop of acacia forest, lake and escarpment, thereafter check out of the park then proceed with drive to Masai Mara which passing through Narok a small Masai town with a stop over for lunch then continue to Masai Mara arriving late in the evening for check in. Later dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy morning breakfast then set off for a long game drive, you will explore one of the most famous and beautiful national parks in the world. You will have the opportunity to spot the Big Five. A game drive in the vast Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe that over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalos, leopards, many kinds of antelopes and elephants. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah; lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vulture, en-route drive back to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 6

Masai Mara National Reserve / Lake Naivasha

After a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, you will visit the Masai Village for a chance to learn the culture and history of this local people as you are welcomed by traditional dances and perhaps join them in the dance with a tour around the village. Your guide will meet you at the village then proceed with your drive to Lake Naivasha. Arrival will be in time for lunch and relaxation. Thereafter in the evening go for an afternoon idyllic boat ride on Lake Naivasha and indulge in the leisurely walking safari along the nature trails of Crescent Island. Here, you get into close contact with hippos, grazing impalas, zebras and giraffes as you explore the island. This activity takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the lodge as you enjoy hotel facilities then load your luggage to the jeep as we check out of the lodge and proceed to Hell's Gate National Park which is ( approximately 1hrs) drive. Hell's Gate is unlike any other national park in Kenya. For a start, it's the only one where you're allowed to get out of your vehicle to walk and cycle. That's because the park is largely free of predators, leaving the zebras, giraffes, impalas, buffaloes and rock hyraxes (and human visitors) to roam without fear. The red-rock cliffs of Hell's Gate Gorge are stunning with some weird-and-wonderful rock formations, and the narrow Lower Gorge is a wonderful place to explore some of the animals you may encounter while cycling in the park are giraffes, zebras, buffalos and antelopes all this is seen while on your visit to this unique park. Later check out and proceed to Nairobi with lunch on the way. You will arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon with drop off at the airport.
