After breakfast, drive straight to Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest unbroken calderas on the planet with over 25,000 wild creatures in the caldera, more prides per capita than anywhere on earth.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five—lions, leopard, black rhinos, elephants, and buffalo.

It is one of the world’s most astonishing and among the 8th Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The black rhino can easily be sighted in the crater. Think of another place in the world where you can see such a unique setting with diverse scenery, prolific wildlife and birdlife, and an ecosystem like no other.

In the afternoon, have lunch then ascend the crater. Drive straight to your accommodation in at ngare lodge.

Day 2

Maasai village ( Mto wa Mbu)

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will leave your hotel heading to the village, a 1-hour drive. After arriving there you’ll spend hours with the Maasai people.

Here is where you’ll get to know Maasai art and dance, spiritual customs, medical and herbal practices, crafts, and, of course, their hearty and tasty cuisine.

Later in the late afternoon, you will head to Lake Duluti where on arrival we board our canoe for a Canoe tour. During your canoeing tour, you will experience the wildlife in the overarching trees and the breathtaking scenes of Mt. Meru.
