Do golden monkey tracking and transfer to Bwindi

You will start tracking the golden monkey after receiving a briefing. The encounter begins at 7 am in the Kinigi Park administrative center, from which point you travel to the forest to look for these threatened animals. It takes roughly 4 hours to complete the tracking, including a 1-hour interaction with them. They will coil themselves up on the bamboo stems and introduce themselves (their shyness has diminished due to habit). Enjoy their silver patch's sights.

After that, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, which is home to gorillas. You pass through a variety of landscapes during the drive, such as tropical rainforests and Kigezi's undulating terraced hills, which are dubbed the "Switzerland of East Africa" for their rolling hills. Drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay as you unwind before the adventure of the next day.

Gorilla tracking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Enjoy an early breakfast, then proceed to the briefing point for the highlight of your trip - gorilla trekking. It can last from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the group you are visiting. We trek through the rainforest and bamboo-covered slopes, accompanied by an Uganda Wildlife Authority guide and other trackers in search of a mountain gorilla family. The walking can sometimes be tough and long, but when you catch a glimpse of the magnificent silverback, any discomforts will be quickly forgotten. Due to the nature of the activity, you will have a packed lunch. Afterward, you will drive through the terraced hills to Lake Bunyonyi.

Besides canoeing, there is a short list of optional activities like swimming (safe in this lake) and hiking on some of the island trails along the lakeshores.
