Day 1

Pick up from the Airport to Arusha City

Pick up from the Airport to Arusha City

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and proceed to the Immigration desk for VISA Stamp. Before leaving the desk make sure your passport is correctly stamped. Outside the airport, you will meet with your safari guide with a signboard with one of your names. Our safari guides have gone through Covid 19 standard procedure course, and they will make sure they follow all the protocols. Depart the airport and drive to the accommodation in arusha for dinner and overnight.

Note: we advise you to obtain Online VISA one month before your safari. You can still get the VISA upon arrival, but the queue will belong. Visit the Tanzania Immigration Website for more information about online VISA.

Day 2

From arusha to tarangire national park

The journey from Arusha to Tarangire typically takes around 2 hours. Upon reaching Tarangire, we'll embark on a full-day safari adventure, exploring the prime locations to spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, and a variety of classic herbivores such as elephants, wildebeest, buffalos, deer, and gazelles. There will be an abundance of wildlife to observe. Afterward, while others are checking out, we will extend our game drive into the late evening, relishing the opportunity to enjoy a less crowded and more active Tarangire scene. Our overnight stay will be at an authentic wilderness camp in Tarangire, providing a peaceful and serene contrast to the busier Serengeti camp.

Day 3

Tarangire national park and lake manyara night game drive

Your Diana Tanzania Safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation after your morning meal. Today, your journey will lead you to Tarangire National Park. As we make the most of the additional safari vehicles and the sun shining bright, we'll extend our morning game drive. Later in the morning, we'll bid farewell to Tarangire.

Upon reaching the Migombani camp, we'll enjoy a leisurely lunch and take some time to relax before embarking on a cultural excursion in Mto Wa Mbu. This adventure includes a bicycle tour through local farms and past picturesque waterfalls. But our day doesn't conclude here; at 8:00 pm, we'll set off for Lake Manyara National Park for a night safari. During this nocturnal adventure, we'll have the opportunity to observe animals that are active at night and experience the tranquil wilderness in a quieter, less crowded setting, adding a new dimension to your safari experience.

Day 4

After breakfast, we will head to Ngorongoro, as it's a transitway to Serengeti Park. In Ngorongoro, we will stop at the viewpoint to enjoy the beautiful view and take pictures, then continue the journey to the Serengeti National Park. We will arrive in the afternoon, when we will enjoy our lunch and head out for an evening game drive. Later, camp at Seronera Campsite.

Day 5

After an early breakfast, we will do a game drive to various parts of the parks. We will then return to the camp for lunch, preparing for a journey back to Ngorongoro. There, we will spend the night at Simba campsite, which is just on top of the crater, ready for an early descent in the morning.

After an early breakfast, we will descend the crater on a journey to find the black rhinos. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in the beautiful crater, as most animals will be easier to spot from this park due to it being a floor crater. After lunch, we will do a game drive, ascend the crater to camp and return to arusha gateway lodge for dinner and overnight.
