Pickup from Kigali - Transfer to Nyungwe forest National Park

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up by a representative from our company who will be your driver guide and embark on your transfer to Nyungwe forest with a stopover to visit the Kigali genocide museum and lunch en-route and proceed to the park and upon arrival check-in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Chimpanzee trekking & Canopy walk in Nyungwe Forest

After an early morning breakfast, you will be taken to the park offices for the briefing about the does and don’ts during the tracking of the primates after which proceed into the tropical rain forest searching for the shy chimpanzees in the tree branches. While on this walk expect to spot other primates like the white and black Columbus, Vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys and manageably. More birds can be spotted too in the Nyungwe National park, You will be allowed to spend an hour with these chimpanzees once sighted and then return to your lodge for lunch. In the evening take the canopy walk looking for more primates, birds and the clear of the green canopy cover. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Depart Nyungwe Forest - Transfer back Kigali

After a relaxed breakfast, embark on our transfer back to Kigali with our lunch enroute and a stopover to visit the ancient King’s palace at Nyanza and later proceed to Kigali dropping you off at the airport or at you hotel depending on your program.
