Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater “Africa’s Eden” via Olduvai Gorge

After breakfast depart from your camp. Drive on the vast endless plains of Serengeti toward Naabi Hill Gate. Exit the park and continue your game drive to Ngorongoro via Olduvai Gorge, renowned to "cradle of mankind", a site of archeological findings, where traces of pre-historic man dating back to 3.5. million years ago have been discovered. After a tour to Olduvai Gorge museum, drive for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro wild camp situated in the Ngorongoro highlands.

After breakfast from your camp, depart and descend into 2000ft deep crater and have a full-day tour of Ngorongoro crater, here you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife, including the big five. Drive across the dense forest and near the soda lake and enjoy viewing a variety of bird life. Take your lunch at Ngoitoktok picnic site while enjoying Hippos on a water pond and variety of birds like marabou stork, starlings, weavers and black kite. Ascend from the crater and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Karatu villas lodge.
