Upon your arrival at the Arusha Airport (ARK) from Zanzibar around 08:30 am, our best driver guide will meet you, greet you and welcome you by giving a short brief of the day and entire safari. Then your adventure begins and you will both drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds.

From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and Tarangire River in search of many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe. Enjoy a mid-day lunch by the picnic site where small monkeys will try to scare you off your meal.

After a full day in the park, you will drive to the Lodge in Karatu, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and an overnight stay.

Start your day with an early breakfast around 06:00 am, then embark on a remarkable journey (approximately 1 hour drive) to Ngorongoro Crater, the Seventh Wonder of the World. Catch your first glimpse of the lush caldera from the panoramic viewpoint and witness its esteemed reputation come to life. This coveted safari destination is home to over 120 mammal species, including the iconic Big Five.

Spot the endangered black rhinoceros grazing on the grassy plains and observe majestic hippos in the cool waters. Today you continue exploring the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. Your game drive will start early in the morning around 6 am, this is the best time to spot the big cats as they are more active during the cooler hours of the day. You will likely stop for a picnic lunch at a designated area inside the park, this will give you a chance to stretch your legs and enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning views of the Serengeti.

In the afternoon, as you leave Serengeti you will pass through the Great Rift Valley and stunning landscapes. The drive from Serengeti to Karatu via Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a memorable experience filled with stunning scenery and a chance to see some of Tanzania's diverse wildlife and culture. You will have an en-route game drive to your accommodation, in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, embark on a drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its abundant wildlife. Located in the northern part of Tanzania, west of Arusha, the park is named after its shallow Salt Lake, which is a habitat for numerous flamingos and over 500 bird species.

During our exploration, we'll encounter monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, elephants, and if we're fortunate, lions resting in trees. The park offers diverse landscapes, including open grassy plains, woodland areas teeming with primates, and cliffs adorned with majestic baobab trees. Visitors can partake in activities like canoeing, bird watching, and photography along the lake.
