1-Day Materuni Waterfalls and Coffee Tour

Experience how the locals grow, harvest, roast, grind, and make a cup of coffee. Usually, our clients try roasting and preparing a fresh cup of coffee the Chagga way, a wonderful activity that will create lasting memories.

The excursion continues as we pass coffee and banana plantations to the waterfalls.

Your guide will tell you about the local plants and how they are used for food and medicine. You will also get an insight into Chagga's cultural practices. Enjoy your packed lunch and the rest of the afternoon at the waterfalls. The mountain waters fall straight down in a sparkling curtain to splash in the swelling pool where you can float, swim, and chill out—literally, as the pure mountain waters are not yet heated by the sun!

Later, you will drive back to your hotel in Moshi.
