Arusha - Southern Serengeti National Park Ndutu (4-Hours Transfer)

The safari starts from Arusha, where your guide will pick you up and depart with your lunch heading off on a spectacular afternoon game viewing in Serengeti Ndutu which is located between Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Here we will continue with the game drive looking for great wildebeest migration which is mostly concentrated in Ndutu during this period.

Ndutu provides the best wildlife viewing during the green season which is around December up to March. Ndutu is found on the southern part of Serengeti plains where around 8000 wildebeest babies are born every day. Their area is mostly covered by a forest of acacia trees, also Ndutu is the best place to spot six species of cat – leopards, lions, cheetahs, caracals, African wildcats, and servals.

Southern Serengeti (Ndutu) – Ngorongoro Conservation Area (1-Hours Transfer)

After breakfast, you will proceed with a game drive safari in the Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of large predators and the gentle herbivorous, on which they feed. In the late afternoon, you will proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and an overnight stay.

The word Serengeti stems from the Maasai language and means endless plains. Many predators roam these vast grasslands; over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! And of course, plenty of other beautiful animals, which your guide will be delighted to search for together with you.

The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem. The crater has the highest concentration of animals anywhere in Africa.

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to many lion families, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and many more species. Nowhere else offers a chance as good as this to spot the rare black rhino.

After a great day in Ngorongoro Crater, your driver guide will transfer you to Arusha for drop-off.
