You'll kick off your adventure at 8 with a pick-up right from your hotel, and it's the beginning of an incredible journey across the mesmerizing Great Rift Valley for a full day of thrilling game drives. Despite its modest size, spanning just 205 square miles, Lake Manyara National Park is a hidden gem boasting breathtaking scenery and rich biodiversity. The park is renowned for its lush acacia forests, towering figs, majestic mahogany trees, and a thriving community of baboons and blue monkeys.
Lake Manyara is home to an array of permanent residents, including elegant giraffes, majestic elephants, graceful impalas, and a formidable number of buffaloes. The landscapes surrounding Lake Manyara are so awe-inspiring that words can hardly do them justice, making the game drives along the lake an opportunity for some truly breathtaking photo moments. In the evening you go to your accommodation for dinner and rest.

Following an early breakfast, you'll set out on a remarkable journey towards one of the most renowned national parks in the world, the Serengeti National Park. The drive itself, though lengthy, is nothing short of spectacular. It's a moment that will be etched in your memory forever, especially if it's your first time witnessing this natural wonder.
This extraordinary park serves as the epicenter of the Great Migration, hosting a staggering 2 million wildebeests, along with hundreds of thousands of zebras and a multitude of antelope species. It's also the preferred territory for the kings and queens of the animal kingdom—lions, cheetahs, leopards, and cunning hyenas. The Serengeti is a realm of natural grandeur and unparalleled wildlife encounters that promises an experience like no other. After the game drives, we'll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti NP to Ngorongoro

Prepare for an early start on this day, as we recommend a wake-up call at the crack of dawn. It's the perfect opportunity for an early morning game drive when the animals are most active, and you'll have the privilege of witnessing one of the most breathtaking sunrises you'll ever behold. After this exhilarating game drive, we'll return to the lodge for a well-deserved brunch that will re-energize you for the next leg of our journey.
Our next destination is the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, referred to as the "8th Wonder of the Natural World." It's often likened to Noah's ark, as it hosts nearly every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa. What makes this place even more special is its status as one of the few locations on the entire continent where you can still spot the elusive black rhinoceros. Ngorongoro Crater stands as a testament to the remarkable biodiversity and natural wonders that East Africa has to offer. We then drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Our day will begin in the pre-dawn hours, embarking on a thrilling descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you'll be treated to an awe-inspiring morning of wildlife observation in one of the most stunning places on our planet. The crater's unique ecosystem promises a remarkable experience as you encounter a plethora of diverse wildlife species against the backdrop of this natural wonder.
Following this remarkable game drive, we'll pause for a well-deserved picnic lunch by the serene Hippo Lake. After lunch, there will be time for a short yet rewarding game drive to further explore this remarkable habitat.
As the day progresses, we'll make our ascent from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, commencing our journey back to Arusha. Our estimated return to Arusha is around 5 pm, though we understand that your schedule may vary, especially if you have a flight to catch or specific arrangements to consider.
