Fly to Nyerere National Park and Game Drive

Early in the morning our professional driver will pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transfer you to Zanzibar Airport. You'll take a short flight to the impressive Nyerere National Park previously known as Selous Game Reserve. Our driver guide will welcome you to Mtemere Airstrip and provide a tour plan. This vast wilderness boasts a diverse range of African treasures, including wildlife, birds, rivers, lakes, and more. Keep an eye out for elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, and a myriad of other captivating creatures. As the day unfolds, you'll enjoy your packed lunch and some well-deserved relaxation. Then, the adventure continues with more game drives, taking you into the enchanting African wilderness until the sun sets. Finally, you'll be escorted to your lodge for a delightful dinner, and a peaceful sleep by the banks of the Rufiji River where you will get to hear the growls of hippos.

Game Drive, Fly Back to Zanzibar

On this day, you will wake up early for coffee or tea and start your morning boat safari. The cruise normally lasts for two hours. Awesome views of hippos growling, crocodiles basking on the banks, and the abundant birdlife will spice up your spectacular sunrise. You will return to the lodge for a full breakfast.

Later, you will leave for an eye-opening village tour, where our guide will lead and show you various culture of people living in the village and their activities you will also visit primary schools and have some time with students. Later, you will head back to the lodge for lunch.

You will then leave the lodge for your flight back to Zanzibar at 4:00 p.m. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, our driver will be waiting for you to transfer you to any hotel on Zanzibar Island.
