Day 1

Arrival

Arrival

Touching down at Kilimanjaro International Airport (or Arusha Airport, depending on your route), you're met by your guide and driven the short distance into Arusha Mount Meru rising quietly in the distance as the safari capital comes into view.
Check into your hotel and let the journey catch up with you. Tonight is yours, no itinerary attached. Rest if that's what your body's asking for, or step out and get a feel for the city: a plate of nyama choma at a local grill, a coffee at one of Arusha's buzzing cafés, or a quiet drink at a rooftop bar as the town settles into evening.
Either way, you'll sleep well tonight tomorrow, the real adventure begins.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you set off for Tarangire National Park a landscape unlike anywhere else, defined by ancient baobabs standing like sentinels over the plains and a seasonal river that draws wildlife from every direction. This is elephant country, and you'll likely find yourself surrounded by herds moving unhurried through the bush.
Spend the day on game drive, tracking lions in the long grass, spotting giraffes browsing the acacias, and watching zebra and wildebeest graze alongside a rich variety of birdlife. As the afternoon light softens, you'll continue on to Karatu for dinner and a well-earned overnight stay.

Best Time To Visit July to November (Animals come to the Tarangire River)

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Now the Serengeti opens up in front of you plains that stretch to the horizon, alive with movement. Two full days here mean no rush, no shortcuts, just time to let the wilderness unfold at its own pace.
Your guide leads you across diverse terrain, following the rhythm of the wildlife itself: lions resting in the shade, leopards draped over acacia branches, cheetahs scanning the grass for their next move, elephants and giraffes moving through scenes that feel almost untouched by time. Every drive brings something different a new sighting, a different stretch of light, a moment you didn't expect.
When the day winds down, you'll return to your lodge or tented camp, where comfort and warm hospitality wait at the edge of the wild the kind of quiet that only the African bush can offer.

Best Time To Visit January to February and June to October (Different areas are best at different times)

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater & Departure

Ngorongoro Crater & Departure

An early breakfast starts your final day, before you make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater descending into what many call nature's own amphitheater. Few places on earth hold this concentration of wildlife in one setting, and your last game drive here is a fitting close to the journey: a final chance to watch predators and prey share the same ancient floor.
From there, you'll begin the drive back to Arusha, where your safari comes full circle transferred either to your hotel for the night or straight to the airport for your onward flight, carrying with you a story that started with a plane touching down and ends with the wild still in your eyes.

Main Destination:
Ngorongoro Crater
Best Time To Visit June to October (Wildlife viewing is best)
High Season Most of the year – July to March (Expect crowds)
Best Weather June to October (Rainfall is little to none)
