Upon arrival at the Victoria Falls International Airport, you will be met by an Exec Africa Travel and Tours guide and you will be transferred to the lodge. Your tour starting point will be situated in Victoria Falls and the starting time will be 3:00 p.m. You will finish your day with a spectacular dinner cruise on the Zambezi River.

Day 2

Chobe National Park Full-Day Game Drive

You can look forward to a world-class wildlife experience in Chobe National Park and it is a wonderful place to see big elephants, big cats, hippos, and plenty of action as wildlife comes down to drink by the riverbank. In the early morning, you will drive from Victoria Falls and pass through the Botswana border so as to do all immigration formalities then head to Chobe National Park.

This morning in Chobe National Park, you will go on a guided game drive looking for wildlife and learning all about them from your professional guide.

In the afternoon after having some lunch, you will go on a boat trip to Chobe National Park. The chance of seeing wildlife on the islands and riverbanks is very high as is the likelihood of seeing large numbers of bird species, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, and hippos are common sightings with sable, leopard, and numerous antelope as well.
After the boat trip, you will drive back from Chobe National Park to Victoria Falls Town.

Tour of the Falls, Guided Game Drive Boma Dinner and Drum Show

This morning, you will go for a guided tour of the Mighty Falls. It’s a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is nature’s supreme masterpiece. No photograph can begin to depict the reality and nothing prepares you for your first sight. En route to the Falls, you will be taken past the ‘Big Tree’ where you will stop and take photos. You will be accompanied through the rainforest by your qualified tour guide and raincoats are provided when needed.

In the afternoon, you will get to go on a guided game drive which is always a safari highlight. It's an especially good way to explore Zambezi National Park and get to know the wildlife that you will see.

This evening we'll be serving you a dinner to remember at the Boma Dinner & Drum Show. You will enjoy a four-course feast of local cuisine, then watch a lively performance of traditional drumming and singing, with plenty of opportunities to get involved.

This morning after having a hearty breakfast, you will make the journey south to Hwange National Park. Home to the Big Five, Hwange National Park also offers a wide variety of plains, game, and birdlife. You will swap to open safari vehicles today for your afternoon game drive and make your way into the famed Hwange National Park for your game drive which is situated in the far west of the country. Hwange lies in the incredible belt of Africa, spreading out into the neighboring Botswana hence permitting animals (elephants in particular) to wander freely between Hwange and Chobe National Park. Aside from elephants, this park is home to more than 100 mammal species including Africa’s Big Five (made up of leopard, lion, elephant, rhino, and buffalo), as well as plenty of giraffes, cheetahs and brown hyenas.

You will be heading down more safari trails in search of animals in Hwange National Park when we take you on a full-day guided game drive. This is the best thing about our safaris, and you will hopefully see many animals. You're going to love exploring Hwange National Park, which is in western Zimbabwe, close to the border with Botswana. There's so much wildlife action for you to look forward to around the waterholes, including incredible numbers of elephants. Zimbabwe's largest national park is home to the Big Five, along with giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, greater kudu, and various other antelope, and there's the possibility of seeing lions hunting elephants. Another reason why Hwange is so important is that it forms part of the five-country Kavango–Zambezi Trans-frontier Conservation Area.

After breakfast, you will depart for Bulawayo which is the second largest city in Zimbabwe with wide tree-lined streets and surrounded by beautiful parks. Within the city, there are many examples of early Victorian buildings which are maintained by the Bulawayo City Council as heritage sites. You will learn more about this beautiful city by visiting the Bulawayo National Museum before or after checking into your lodge.

Day 7

Matobo National Park

Matobo National Park

You will spend the day exploring Matobos National Park with a professional local guide. The Matobo Hills are sculpted by the strong winds in the area and are the site of various intriguing Bushman paintings. This park contains an exceptional cultural and spiritual significance to the indigenous people populating this region. The reserve contains the highest population of leopards and black eagles in the world, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for these magnificent animals. The park received recognition as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site in 2003 and includes an intensive protection zone that is home to both black and white rhinoceros. It is named after the Ndebele word “Matobo “, which means “bald heads” and refers to the rounded granite hills that surround it. You will return to Bulawayo and stay for the night.

This morning after breakfast, you will drive back to the city of Victoria Falls. The rest of your afternoon will be spent at leisure where you can book one of many optional activities with your tour guide such as the helicopter flight over the mighty Falls, bridge walk, historical bridge tour, and the bungee jump.
