Day 1

On this day our safari guide will pick you from Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport and proceed to Tarangire National Park for game viewing and a picnic lunch, after game drive you will drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons.

Day 2

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

Program: After breakfast our safari guide will pick you from your hotel, and we will drive up to Ngorongoro conservation area then we will continue crossing the ngorongoro highland up to the entrance of Serengeti national park, where we will start game drive, in the evening you will be heading to the your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti is the park located in northern Tanzania and is world heritage site occupying the area of around 15,000 square kilometers, with over 2 million herbivorous, 4000 lions, 1000 leopard, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species, this area is with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, the North Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile and the rare oribi antelope.

Day 3

Eat your breakfast and get ready by around 8:30 AM. Depart to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. As you enter the national park, lush forests of Acacia and Mahogany trees begin to set the mood for what is waiting ahead. The game drive will go on till afternoon with a small break for a picnic lunch. During the game drive watch out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and the blue monkeys. Another spectacle of Lake Manyara National Park is the tree-climbing lions, however spotting them is a game of luck. In the right season, you can see the shoreline turning pink with millions of flamingos flocking there. After the game drive leave the park and head to your accommodation in Arusha, the day will come to a close. Freshly made delicious dinner will be ready for you at your accommodation.

Program: After breakfast we will drive up to the gates of ngorongoro conservation area will drop inside the crater where you will be able to see great number of animals living within the crater including Lions, Buffalos, zebra, Hyenas, antelopes and if it’s our lucky we will be able to see Rhinoceros picnic lunch along the crater lake, and after game drive you will drive to Arusha where your safari will end.

The crater is world largest caldera which was formed after the explosion which occurred approximately 2-3 million years ago, the crater floor is 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level, the area has around 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds.
In the late afternoon your Guide will transfer you to airport departing to your home or continue with the next destination.
