3-Day Drive in from Dar to Nyerere NP (Selous) +Boating

Dar es salaam to Selous and boat activity

Pick up in Dar es Salaam in your hotel and travel 180kms to Nyerere National Park, usually we start the journey after breakfast, transfer car we use alphad or hurrier, arriving at Selous for lunch, at the camp or lodge 4:00pm time for boating, boat cruising can be done until sunset, after boating we will bring you to the camp for dinner and overstay in Selous safari lodge.

Game drive

Wake up early in the morning for breakfast, After breakfast our professional guide will pick you up to the game drive. You will have an opportunity to explore this park which forms the Selous ecosystem. You may expect to see different landscapes, vegetations, animals including lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest (gnu), impalas, warthog (pumba), waterbucks and different species of birds and plants including the old baobab trees, mahogany, sausage trees to mention a few. In afternoon you will have lunch inside the park in picnic area. After lunch you will continue with afternoon and evening game drive until late for going back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Walking safari and driving back to Dar es salaam

Early in the morning at 6:15 you will have a cup of coffee or tea followed by 2 hours bush /nature walk from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. You will be back to the camp for the full breakfast then check out for driving back to Dar es salaam. Driver will drive up to your hotel and dropping you there. That it will be the end of service.
