Your guide will pick you up in Nairobi and drive to the Masai Mara

You will be picked up from your hotel or airport by your driver for a departure to the Masai Mara National Reserve, Mara North Conservancy. You will arrive at Mara in the afternoon, check-in at the beautiful Karen Blixen Camp, depending on arrival time have lunch and have a short rest before you proceed to enjoy your afternoon game drive in the reserve which is famous for its high animal concentration, abundance, and variety. You will go in search of the Big Five with game drives across the grassy plains of the Masai Mara National Reserve before going back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Your safari tent will be right by the great Mara River where you will see all kinds of wildlife from camp, including hippos, elephants, zebra, antelope, and if you are lucky, a big cat or two.

Mara North Conservancy

You can opt to sleep in a bit and enjoy breakfast at the camp or have packed breakfast to take with you on safari to eat out in the bush watching the wildlife around you. Your day will begin with spectacular game drive which will allow spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park. The Mara North Conservancy is known for providing excellent predator sightings thanks to its relatively large population of lions, cheetahs and leopards.
Early mornings and late afternoons are the best time to spot animals as they are most active. This is the time that the big cats are most active and can provide some of the most dramatic photography. To bring more to your experience at the Mara, you may want to take advantage of several optional events that we offer at an extra cost. Experience a visit to the local Maasai people in their nearby village. Want an unforgettable sight? Take a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah.

Masai Mara Triangle

This morning we wake up early at Karen Blixen Camp for an early morning game drive with breakfast or you may chose to sleep in a little and have breakfast at camp. After your morning game drive, we will check out of camp and move to our next destination.
We will have a lovely drive with game along the way to our next luxury camp &Beyond Kichwa Tembo. We will check in at camp, relax a bit and have a lovely lunch. We will then go on an afternoon game drive in the gorgeous Mara Triangle. You won't see very many safari goers and trucks here because not very many tour operators know about the Mara Triangle. The beauty of the landscape, the amount of animals will astonish you and you will have amazing wildlife sightings so get ready!

Wake up early and get ready for another dreamlike, mind blowing safari day! We suggest here to take breakfast and lunch with you on safari as you can enjoy it out in the bush with amazing surroundings and wildlife! Full day safaris or whatever your choice is, we do what you want to do so you just let your personal Private guide know.
You will go back to the camp to relax, enjoy delicious meals and, if weather permits, try out the rim-flow swimming pool, literally on the edge of the Mara, which boasts one of the world’s most extraordinary views.
