From January to March, Ndutu hosts the calving season, as wildebeests seek green pastures near Ngorongoro but not inside the crater. This nutrient-rich plain is ideal for newborns, accompanied by zebras and gazelles. As afternoon fades, you'll head to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
