3-Day Nyerere Park, Game Drive, Boating + Bush Walk

Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park (Selous )and Arrival for Boating

You'll be picked up in Dar es Salaam in your hotel and travel 180 km to Nyerere National Park. Usually, we'll start the journey after breakfast. The transfer car we use is Alphad or Hurrier, arriving at Selous for lunch, and at the camp or lodge at 4:00 pm time for boating. Boat cruising can be done until sunset. After boating, we will bring you to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay at Africa Safari Camp.

Nyerere National Park Full Game Drive with Bush Lunch

Wake up early in the morning for breakfast. After breakfast, our professional guide will pick you up for the game drive. You will have an opportunity to explore this park which forms the Selous ecosystem. You may expect to see different landscapes, vegetation, and animals including lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest (gnu), impalas, warthog (pumba), and waterbucks. There are also different species of birds and plants including the old baobab trees, mahogany, and sausage trees to mention a few. In the afternoon, you will have lunch inside the park in the picnic area. After lunch, you will continue with the afternoon and evening game drive until late. We'll then go back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Bush Walk and Transfer to Dar es Salaam

Early at 6:15 am, you will have a cup of coffee or tea followed by 2 hours bush /nature walk from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. You will be back at the camp for the full breakfast then check out for driving back to Dar es Salaam. The driver will drive up to your hotel and drop you there. That it will be the end of service.
