Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, clear with immigration and proceed to the departures to wait and catch your domestic flight to Kihihi Airstrip, where you will meet your guide who will transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the Great Apes, the mountain gorillas, and your lodge for an overnight stay.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast, you will proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing. Thereafter, you will go to the start points and off into the Impenetrable Forest to enjoy the highlight of the safari. Trekking with the Great Apes, the mountain gorillas, is a once-in-a-lifetime and worthwhile experience that takes between 2 and 6 hours. You will then return to your lodge for lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay.
