3-Day Relaxing in Ziwa Sanctuary and Murchison Falls

Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

You will be picked up in the morning from the guest house/hotel by a professional English-speaking driver-guide to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a home for the endangered southern white rhinos. Here, you will track the endangered white rhino for 2 hours. Then, afterward, have lunch and proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. On reaching Murchison Falls, you will check in at the hotel and get enough rest ahead of tomorrow’s busy schedule.

Murchison Falls National Park

At 6:30 am, you'll embark on a game drive. During the game drive, you'll have a break in the middle of the game park to have a picnic breakfast as you enjoy the beautiful views and animals. You will spot some lions (the percentage of seeing them like 70%), antelopes, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, and many others. After the exciting game drive, you'll return to the accommodation for lunch. Then, you'll go back for a boat cruise where you will be able to sail through the floating hippos and spot other animals at the riverbank, like the crocodiles, elephants, and numerous bird species. After the boat cruise, you will head back to the accommodation for an overnight stay.

Kampala

After breakfast, you will head to the top of the breathtaking waterfalls. The Murchison waterfalls are the most powerful in the world. Every second, the equivalent of 200 bathtubs full of water is forced through a gorge less than seven paces wide. The pressure is so great that the ground trembles around it
After the amazing view of the waterfalls, you will head back to Kampala. Along the way, you will have a stopover for lunch and proceed to Kampala. This is where your trip ends.

NB: We have a self-contained guest house that accommodates two people with unlimited wifi. This can be booked separately before or after the trip. In case one wants to experience Kampala's day/night life, we highly recommend this.
