On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet your guide for the drive to the Tulia Hotel & Spa located in Arusha, one of the most influential cities in Tanzania. After settling into your room, take a walk around the garden or relax by the swimming pool.

Day 2

You leave Tulia hotel & spa after breakfast with a picnic lunch packed safely away. The Rift Valley landscape drifts past as your guide heads for Tarangire National Park, the least visited reserve on the itinerary but one capable of delivering fantastic game viewing. Home to Tanzania’s biggest elephant population, Tarangire supports large numbers of buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and many antelope species, most evident during the dry season when concentrations of animals at the life-giving Tarangire River are at their peak (June-October). After an extensive day of game viewing with a stop for picnic lunch, late in the afternoon leave the park, and proceed to your lodge for dinner & overnight.

Day 3

Karatu -Ndutu-Serengeti National Park

You leave the Marera Valley lodge after breakfast with a picnic lunch packed safely and depart this morning for game viewing in the Ndutu area one of the best places to see big cats followed by a drive to the central part of the Serengeti. This part is famous for the great sighting of lions, cheetahs, and leopards that are usually seen hanging on acacia tree branches. Game viewing in the central area is spectacular all year round. Enjoy the views of endless plains and stunning wildlife like serval, elephants, giraffes, hippos, ostrich, jackals, hyenas, hyrax, and birds. Late evening proceed to your accommodation for dinner, and overnight.

Day 4

Rise up early for a morning game drive along the Mara River. It is truly an amazing experience to see all those hoofed mammals in search of water and greener pastures, followed by iconic predators. A journey is full of danger where only the strongest survive. You may also see hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, warthogs, and if you are lucky the endangered black rhino. After the afternoon game drive, you head back to Moyo Luxury tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

After breakfast leaves the camp, and explore the Namiri plains for its great sightings of a cheetah while also looking for the big pride of lions found in this area. It’s one place in Serengeti where if you are lucky, you might see cheetah hunting. Other sightings here might be jackals, hyenas, and Kori bustards. Stop under an acacia tree and enjoy your mouth-watering lunch before crossing to the Ngorongoro conservation, and head to the Marera Valley lodge located outside the Ngorongoro conservation area for Dinner and overnight.

Leave the lodge at around 6:00 AM and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. Grass steppes, acacia forests, alkaline lakes, rivers, streams, and swamps are home to almost all the species of animals found in the East African savannah. The crater is home to Africa’s big five lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffaloes. The alkaline Like offers excellent sightings of flamingoes from June to August and on the shows, you might see jackals and hyenas lazily lying on the edge of the lake. Other residences of the Ngorongoro are hippos, zebra, wildebeest gazelle, and birds with the grey crowned cranes, ostrich, and kori bustard catching the eyes of both birds and non-birders. After extensive game viewing and a picnic in the crater, you will leave the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon, and drive back to Arusha.
