Day 2

On an early shuttle, you will departer to Kruger National Park. Refresh before a sunset drive in an open safari vehicle in the Blue Canyon Reserve located near Hoedspruit. Your accommodation is booked at the Sekekama Tented Camp or Dumela Camp (depending on availability) which offers a stunning glamping experience at an affordable rate. Your package includes dinner, a complimentary glass of wine, and breakfast. All conservation fees, game drives as per the itinerary, and transfers are also included.

Depart by 05h30 for a full-day safari into the Kruger National Park. Enjoy an authentic bush breakfast, search for the Big 5, and return to the lodge at around 15h00. Your package includes breakfast, Kruger National Park conservation fees, dinner, and a complimentary glass of wine.

You will again rise early for a full-day Panorama Route tour where you can experience the breathtaking natural splendours of this iconic Lowveld. See the many waterfalls along the escarpment to the endless views from God's Window. Included in your package are breakfast, dinner, and a complimentary glass of wine.

After breakfast, it is time for goodbyes and your return trip to Johannesburg. Passing through various towns and landscapes, the journey will give you time to reflect on the first part of your journey and be excited about what lies ahead. You should arrive at your accommodation between 17h00 and 18h00.

Today you will go on a full-day Johannesburg and Soweto tour. You will be picked up from your hotel. Your tour will start at the FNB Soccer Stadium on the outskirts of Soweto. You will visit landmarks around Soweto and Johannesburg such as Constitution Hill, Nelson Mandela Bridge, Carlton Centre, Vilakazi Street, and the Orlando Towers. After the tour, you will be shuttled to the airport for your flight to Cape Town where you will be checked in at a 3-star hotel. Your airport transfer is included while the flight and dinner are excluded.

Begin with a ferry across Table Bay to Robben Island, where a former political prisoner guides you through the historic maximum-security prison and shares its powerful stories. Continue with a city exploration of the vibrant Bo-Kaap neighbourhood, then ascend Table Mountain by cableway (ticket included) for panoramic views over the City Bowl, harbour and surrounds.

This is a free day for you to explore the rest of Cape Town and its surrounding areas at your own pace. You can visit attractions you have not visited during your first few days in Cape Town. You can also go shopping or just relax at the hotel pool with a good book.

Spend the full day exploring Cape Town region's top attractions including Cape Point, Boulders Beach, and the V&A Waterfront before returning to the hotel to rest before you depart the next day. Optional: A visit to Seal island. Excluded: Entrance fee to Boulders Beach.
