Your safari adventure begins in the morning with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park where you may encounter elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species along the Tarangire River.

In the afternoon, depart for Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Today you will spend a full day exploring the vast plains of Serengeti National Park.

The Serengeti is world-famous for its abundant wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Your guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas for incredible game sightings.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with the afternoon game drive.

Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport

After breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular game drive.

The crater is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day. You may spot lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards, along with many other animals such as hippos, hyenas, zebras, and flamingos.

After lunch at a scenic picnic site near the hippo pool, ascend the crater and return to Arusha Town / Kilimanjaro Airport in the late afternoon.

Distance/Time: ~260 km, about 6–7 hours including the crater tour
Meals: Breakfast & Lunch.
