1-Day Mount Kilimanjaro Hiking via Shira Route

• You'll be collected from the airport.

After breakfast, we'll pick you up, heading to Londrosi gate for registration before reaching West Kilimanjaro via a scenic forest reserve, home to playful Colobus Monkeys. The hike begins at Shira Plateau, 3,500m above sea level, offering panoramic views of Kibo and its glaciers. Traverse the flat Shira plateau, marvel at Amboseli National Park's plains, and Simba River's deep gorge. Reach Shira Crater's northern rim for stunning observations of volcanic cones. Hike at a moderate pace, savor a picnic lunch, and relish the untouched landscapes in the thin air at 3,500m. After 4-5 hours, or earlier if needed, return to your hotel.
