Following an early breakfast, you set off for Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing, with a picnic lunch along the way. The park is well known for its impressive elephant population, often seen in large herds digging into the dry Tarangire River in search of hidden water. In the dry season, animals such as wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland gather around the remaining waterholes. Tarangire becomes an important haven for migratory species and is especially celebrated as a stronghold for elephants. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Lilac Campsite.

Day 2

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, your driver guide will transfer you from the camp to Serengeti National Park. You will journey into the vast open plains and dramatic skies that define the Serengeti. Along the way, enjoy a scenic game drive lasting about four hours, followed by another wildlife drive in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Seronera Campsite.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro

Rise early for a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, offering chances to spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeest, impalas, and gazelles, with the possibility of witnessing the great migration. After enjoying brunch, you will pack your bags and begin the journey toward Ngorongoro, with wildlife viewing along the way. You will arrive in the evening at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, set on the crater rim, where dinner and an overnight stay await.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Following an early breakfast, you will travel down into the Ngorongoro Crater for an extended wildlife experience of about six hours on the crater floor. This remarkable area offers excellent chances to encounter the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and occasionally the endangered black rhino. You will stop for a picnic lunch at Ngoitoktok Spring, where hippos are often seen alongside giraffes, warthogs, baboons, and numerous bird species. After completing the game drive, you will ascend the crater walls and continue your journey toward Arusha, passing through the Mto wa Mbu area with scenic views along the way. Arrival in the evening includes drop-off at your Arusha hotel or the airport.
