Day 1

Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

Early in the morning, at 4:00am, our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park, a 5-6 hour transfer.

On arrival at the main gate of Mikumi, you will start with the game viewing drive until sunset. You will see many animals like elephants, giraffes, lions, antelope, and many more. Enjoy lunch in the park.

After the game drive, return to Mikumi Park Cottages for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

Mikumi National Park to Dar es Salaam

Wake up early at 6:00am and enjoy a sunrise game drive in Mikumi National Park. Sunrise is an excellent time to spot lions and other animals. Proceed with the game drive up at 9:00am, when you will return for breakfast. After breakfast, start the journey to Dar es Salaam and enjoy a game drive en route. Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, we will drop you off at the agreed location.
