Welcome in Africa! Welcome in Tanzania! After arrival at Dodoma Airport, our representative will transfer you to your accommodation. Here you will overnight, relax, and prepare in anticipation for the adventures to come at Nashera Hotel. It is a 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Chimwaga Meander, Capital City and Government City Tour

Today you will visit the largest university in the East and Central Africa. You will also visit the origin of the name Dodoma; the place where an elephant sank in the mud and the local called the area Lyadodomela hence the name Dodoma, the oldest tree in the region which the German rulers used to hang those who opposed their leadership. Then we will visit Roman and Anglican cathedrals, Gaddafi Mosque, Majengo Local African Market, one of the biggest wine factories in Tanzania and splendour of vineyards in Matumbulu and Mkulabi villages.

In the late afternoon we will pass through the Tanzania Parliament Precinct, Judiciary Square and the HQ of our Judicial System. Then we will Conduct a maiden visit to Mlimwa B and observe the offices and residency of the Prime Minister. We will drive straight to Magufuli City in Mtumba ward and see the sittings of our government and its ministries.

Kondoa Rock Paintings and Mkungunero Game Reserve

A driver will pick you up at the Hotel at 6:00 AM and drive straight to Kondoa District and visit mysterious hot water spring which also pour water to Kondoa residents. You will also visit Kondoa Irangi Rock Paintings Site to witness ancient art gallery. After lunch you will encounter the Big 4 (Elephant, Lion, Buffalo and Leopard) at the wilderness of Mkungunero Game Reserve. Later in the evening you will return back to Nashera Hotel for overnight.

Departure
