Despite this, the flamingos remain the main highlight, with up to 2 million present, creating a breathtaking pink ring around the lake. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Day 2

You'll have an early morning drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. It holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa.
As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras and attendant predators. You'll arrive in time for lunch and then go for an afternoon game drive.

Enjoy a full day in Masai Mara with a flexible schedule and unlimited mileage. Begin with breakfast before embarking on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. The reserve is renowned for its black-manned lions and abundant wildlife, offering a chance to spot the Big Five in the morning. Cheetahs are so friendly they might seek shade under vehicles or even climb onto the roof for a better view of prey. Bird enthusiasts can spot nearly 500 species, including various eagles, hawks, vultures, storks, bustards, and sunbirds.

Day 4

We will initiate the day with an early morning game drive in Masai Mara while driving out of the national reserve. After border formalities, we'll drive to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It will be a long day of driving but the game drives going in and out of the parks can be surprisingly incredible.
However, we always recommend flying from one park to the other so that you can have more time to go on safari. Alternatively, you can add an extra day to visit Lake Victoria, that's halfway between the two parks.

Day 5-6

The renowned Serengeti National Park boasts the spectacular great migration. The name "Serengeti" originates from the Kiswahili term for "endless plains". Covering an impressive 6,900 square miles (18,000 square km), the park is home to over 2 million large animals, including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, Thomson's gazelles, and an array of predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Additionally, the park is inhabited by smaller creatures like rock hyrax and monkeys, as well as nearly 500 bird species. On the second day, following breakfast, you will experience a full day of game drives in Serengeti National Park, including both morning and afternoon excursions.

Day 7

Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning safari, to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the african Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have.
In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. The crater has the greatest concentration of wild life in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that, from the top, looks like steam, full of flamingoes, a forest and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusk, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you'll ever see in your life.

Day 8

We will start the day at the break of dawn, descending into the crater floor for a mesmerizing morning filled with wildlife in one of the most breathtaking locations on Earth. Following the game drive, we will enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch near the picturesque hippo Lake. After lunch, a brief game drive will be followed by ascending the crater and departing from Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Lake Manyara (2 hours away).
Lake Manyara National Park is renowned for its tree-climbing lions and the flamingos that grace the lakeshore. The game drives along the lake's shore offer stunning views of giraffes and buffalos against the backdrop of the lake, flamingos, and expansive plains on the horizon. You will have plenty of incredible photo opportunities and can also partake in walking and night safaris.
End the day with a delectable dinner and overnight stay at the chosen tented camp or lodge.

Day 9

After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive in the park with a picnic lunch included.
Despite its compact size of only 205 square miles, this captivating park is renowned for its natural beauty and flourishing acacia forest filled with majestic fig and mahogany trees, serving as a habitat for baboons and blue monkeys. The park is also home to a wide array of wildlife, including buffalos, giraffes, elephants, and impalas, while its Hippo Lake attracts large gatherings of hippos. Lake Manyara is a haven for birdwatchers, boasting over 400 different bird species, including the ground hornbill and crested eagle.
In the afternoon, transfer to Amboseli National Park, a 5-hour journey south of Nairobi. The park features a predominantly dry, ancient lake bed and delicate grasslands interspersed with patches of acacia woodland, with small rocky volcanic hills in the southern region. Conclude the day with dinner and overnight accommodation at the chosen tented camp or lodge.

Early rise for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit with packed lunch provided. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in the whole Africa to experience elephants at close range. Left danger free from poachers, elephants feeding and bathing in the swamps must form the highlights of any Safari.

Begin your day with a morning game drive in Amboseli National Park. Optionally, you can arrange a visit to a Maasai village, offering a unique opportunity to witness the traditional singing and dancing that are integral to their daily routines and sacred ceremonies. Explore their homes and gain insight into their social structure for a truly moving experience.
In the early afternoon, depart for Nairobi and anticipate arriving around 5 pm. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel or the airport for your onward journey.
