After an early breakfast at the city hotel, you will depart for a magical drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Maasai Mara National reserve, Kenya’s most famous game reserve. Stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley view point to enjoy the stunning views of an enormous valley system said to be visible from the outer space. Arrive on time for lunch. After lunch you will have an afternoon game drive which will allow spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park. Bordering Tanzania, the Maasai Mara is the northern extension of Serengeti and forms a wildlife corridor between the two countries. The reserve is also known for providing excellent predator sightings thanks to its relatively large population of lion, cheetah and leopard.

Day 2

Wake up early in the morning when the animals are most active for a morning game drive with your guide. This is yet another bush experience that will surely create lifetime memories. One of the most sought after safari experiences is coming across the big cats during a game drive. If you are fortunate enough you will catch lions during one of their rare bouts of daytime activities. It can be fascinating to watch the social interaction between pride members especially the playful ways of lion cubs under the watchful eyes of their mothers. You can also take part in the optional activities such as an early morning hot air balloon ride, flying over the plains teaming with herds of wildlife or a visit to a Maasai village all at an extra cost. Return to the camp for lunch before setting out for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3

Have a leisurely breakfast at the lodge enjoying the sights and sounds of the park. Proceed for a further drive at the park and depart in the late morning for Lake Naivasha where you will arrive in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, you will visit Hells gate National Park & Crescent Island. At Hell's Gate National Park, you'll be amazed by its dramatic landscapes, including towering cliffs, geothermal activity, and stunning gorges that have been featured in popular films. This park is known for its diverse wildlife, and you can spot zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and a wide variety of birds as you explore the park on foot or by bicycle. Meanwhile, Crescent Island is a haven for birdwatchers and a sanctuary for numerous wildlife species, including giraffes, zebras, and various antelopes. You can go on an optional boat ride at Lake Naivasha for an hour at an extra cost.

Day 4

You will depart early in the morning after breakfast towards Amboseli National Park. Lunch will be enroute either at Nairobi or Emali depending on your departure time. Your guide will take you on an afternoon game drive upon arrival. Located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is the tallest mountain in Africa. Amboseli National Park is one of the most popular parks in Kenya. One of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up-close. It is home to over 1600 elephants from 56 different families. Each of the elephants has a name and a photo attached to its name. After the game drive, we will head back to lodge, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner. Your overnight stay will be at your lodge.

This being a full day in the Amboseli, you will have the option of a full day game drive carrying picnic lunch with you. Amboseli is the home to great herds of elephants and with the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro it is a favorite spot for photographers. Also to be found in the Amboseli are herds of wildebeest, buffaloes, gazelles and many other wildlife. Lions and cheetahs can also be seen here. During clear days, you may also view the Majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, which is the tallest mountain in Africa. Dinner and over stay at the lodge.

Day 6

After an early breakfast, you will head for an extended morning game drive in Amboseli National Park. The park emits the classic Hollywood images of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery, Amboseli National Park is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro at 5896m (the highest free-standing mountain in the world). Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of elephants accompanied by lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboon, gazelle hippo, and wildebeest. You will then exit the park and make a return journey back to Nairobi with your drop off at the airport or hotel.
