Arusha to Serengeti National Park

The safari starts from Arusha city, where your guide will pick you up at the hotel or airport and depart with your lunch heading off on a spectacular afternoon game viewing in Serengeti. Serengeti offers an exotic game-viewing experience in the whole of Africa giving you an up-close look of the animals. You will spot great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topis, kongonis, impalas and Grant’s gazelles.

The word Serengeti stems from the Maasai language and literally means endless plains. Many predators roam these vast grasslands; over 4000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1000 leopards, 3500 hyenas and hundreds of wild dogs! And of course, plenty of other beautiful animals, which your guide will be delighted to search for together with you.

Serengeti National Park to Arusha

You will leave the campsite at approximately 6:00am with your packed breakfast for a sunrise game drive, a time when animals are most active. You'll have a breakfast picnic in the bush and then continue your game on route heading back to Arusha for your further schedules with a drop off at the hotel or at the airport.
