You've been dreaming of your Tanzanian safari for so long and the day when it begins has finally arrived. We'll greet you, give you a quick rundown on what happens next and answer your questions. Then we'll take you out to discover what this incredible country has to offer. At Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by the guide and transferred to the hotel, Forest Hill in Arusha.
Arusha is an important part of your northern Tanzanian safari and not just because of its position as a gateway to the safari parks of the country's north. With its dynamic street life and markets, fascinating museums and enticing street food, it's an exciting city that deserves exploring.

Day 2

Explore Tarangire National Park

Explore Tarangire National Park

After a hearty breakfast, set off for Tarangire National Park. If you’ve never been to Tarangire (and even if you have) you’re in for a real treat. Tarangire is filled with giants – baobab trees all across the park, as well as elephants, lots of them. But that’s just the beginning. Of the big cats, you’ll probably see lions, and cheetahs and leopards are around, too. And it’s impossible to miss the wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes and zebras. Your backdrop for all of this is one of the prettiest in northern Tanzania, with a memorable mix of river woodland, open plains and rolling hills. And some vantage points to take it all in.
As the day ends, retire to a luxurious lodge at Karatu, Acacia Farm Lodge for overnight and dinner.

Visit Datoga and Hadzabe tribe ( Lake Eyasi)

After enjoying your breakfast at your hotel, you will set off on a scenic drive through the stunning Tanzanian landscape towards the Hadzabe tribe’s territory. Once you arrive you will be accompanied by a guide to the tribe members who will greet and welcome you in a friendly manner. You will learn about the tribe’s traditional hunting and gathering techniques, which have been passed down from generation to generation for centuries.
Next, we will visit the Datoga tribe, known for their exquisite metalwork and craftsmanship. The Datoga people are skilled artisans who make beautiful jewelry, weapons, and household items. You will observe their craftwork and even get a chance to try your hand at metalworking, guided by the expert Datoga artisans. As the day draws to a close, you will return to your lodge, where you will have meals and overnight and reflect on the enriching cultural experiences of the day.

Wake up to the sounds of the wild enjoy Breakfast at the lodge and depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you drive through the park's vast plains, keep an eye out for the "Big Five" and the Great Migration if you're visiting during the migration season. Arrive at your luxury Lodge in the Serengeti in the evening after a game drive in Salinero Serengeti Lodge, where you'll spend the night under the star-studded African sky.

Today you’ll learn why magical Ngorongoro is unlike anywhere else in Africa. Cloud forests encircle the crater rim, and the view out across the caldera of this former volcano – quite apart from the altitude – will leave you gasping for air. Your drive down a steep trail carries you onto the crater floor where a unique wildlife offering is added to the sheer beauty of the experience. You’ll share the sunken ecosystem of the crater floor with hyenas, lions, elephants, black rhinos and hippos. An ecosystem that has formed in the crater in the millennia since the volcano wrought its terrible fury upon the land. It could just be one of your best safari days ever.
